Refund Policy – OptiFunnels
OptiFunnels provides professional e-commerce optimization, funnel design, and digital marketing services under agreed service terms. Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all service fees, project deposits, and consultation charges are non-refundable once work has commenced or access to deliverables has been provided.
If you believe you’ve been billed in error or charged incorrectly, please contact us at info@optifunnels.cc. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved solely at the discretion of OptiFunnels.
We reserve the right to update service pricing, project fees, or related charges at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will apply only to future engagements or billing cycles and will not affect amounts already invoiced or paid.
If your services are suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions or contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of your service.
Additionally, OptiFunnels does not provide compensation, refunds, or reimbursements for delays, modifications, or discontinuation of services unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
