Cancellation Policy – OptiFunnels

You may cancel a scheduled project, service package, or recurring optimization plan by providing us with written notice before work begins, your campaign launches, or your renewal date. Cancellations made after work has started—or too close to the scheduled start—may be subject to cancellation fees outlined in your proposal or agreement.

If your access to our services is terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions or violation of your contract, we cannot offer refunds or credits for unused services.

When services are cancelled or terminated, related project files or account records may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to save or request any important documents—such as invoices, reports, creative assets, or campaign summaries—before cancellation is finalized.

OptiFunnels reserves the right to adjust, pause, or discontinue any service, package, or pricing at our discretion, with or without prior notice. Refunds in these cases will only be issued if explicitly stated in a written agreement.
